This is my Sunday post where I tell you about things that have happened in the past week and things that are going to happen this week.
I HAVE FINISHED SCHOOL (not forever, but for this semester).
This means that I have one term left of my 3/4 subjects, a term of studying and then it’s the exam!!!!!! I’m totally terrified, but trying to not think about it – instead distracting myself with things like food and my upcoming trip to Tasmania.
This week I did not (unfortunately) get to 35k but we expected that would happen. I also didn’t read three books, but managed two: Two Boys Kissing (David Levithan) and Every Word (Ellie Marney), which I proceeded to read v. quickly because it was so good!!
I WILL BE IN TASMANIA FOR THE NEXT 6 DAYS. (Don’t worry blog-people, I have pre-written my Top Ten Tuesday and hopefully set the right day for it, so it will post on Tuesday in my absence).
Unfortunately, I have to be at school tomorrow at the ungodly hour of 5.45am because apparently we take three hours to pack everyone in and get to the airport in time for our 8.10/8.40 flights. I’m pretty excited for Tassie, because I’ve never been and woooo: roadtrip!!!
I’m taking two books with: the dreaded 1984 and The Whole of My World (Nicole Hayes). My plan for taking 1984 is that I’ll be forced (nicely, by me) to read the book, because I’ll have nothing else to read. (Well, that’s the plan. I’ll probably end up not reading it anyway).
